I have listed in this section some of
the comments from those who have visited this web site for the purpose of your realizing
that you are certainly not alone in your spiritual journey. Everyone is saying the
same thing but just using different words to describe it. This is the ONENESS in
which you are part of...beyond the human into the spiritual consciousness of ALL... God
being all things at all times....ONE. You are more than just the branch of the
tree. You are the tree itself with a centralized consciousness in a branch until
you are fully grown and then your consciousness reverts back to the whole tree.
I started my spiritual journey at the
age of 11 and it wasn't until I was 39 that I discovered freedom in God through the works
of Joel S. Goldsmith. Being a student of The Infinite Way for over 12 years,
the actual spiritual transformation occurred about four years ago while I listened to a
portion of one of his tapes several times a day for over a month. You will find the
transcript of that portion of the tape called "A Meditation on God's Presence"
in the navigation below. I give all the credit for my spiritual advancement to Joel
S. Goldsmith in as much as he released me from his teachings and showed me the path to
enlightenment without attachment. This is why I no longer need his books or
teachings. Over two years ago, at the age of 56, I put away Joel's books because I
found this Oneness and no longer needed someone else's words to bring me the ultimate
realization. I had wanted to do this for some time but was fearful of feeling alone.
What a surprise when I discovered that the only loneliness I had ever experienced
was in needing an outside source to follow. This kind of freedom can be experienced
without such a long wait. The reason I waited and waited was there was no one to
tell me to cut the strings of attachment. I just did it to find out what was on the
other side. I was already there but didn't know I should let go.
I discovered that all the truth and
revelations that occurred in reading Joel's books had been in my consciousness all along
and the reading was my belief to release it. Little did I know that the release
would have occurred in any path I chose. The "Kingdom of God" had always
been within me and it has always been within you. You have just not had anyone
release it for you like this before. You will also be able to let go and experience
this kind of freedom in God. Remember God is to be found in
non-attachment. My recollections of experiences merely give you the permission
to let go in time. There have been many saviors or "life guards" if you
will, that showed the way. Jesus being the most familiar. Many of you
are swimming and some may feel they are drowning but The Kingdom of God (your life guard)
is within you and I merely want to show you He is there watching you as you swim in your
spiritual journey. Fear not, you will not drown.
You might say my spiritual
"studies" were the road or path I needed to find the ultimate Truth that
"The Kingdom Of God" had always been within me. The reading and
"studying", once I graduated, only showed me that which I sought needed no
outside influence or "studying". It gave permission to my reasoning brain
to go "outside to bring something in", while the REAL "spiritual
journey" was taking place "inside" where it needed no reading or studying
from the outside. I did not bring "The Kingdom Of God" into my experience.
The Kingdom Of God (ONENESS) brought my human experience into it.
If you are curious about the
works of Joel S. Goldsmith, click here to hear an audio or see a
listing of his books. Do not feel you have to copy my spiritual journey.
Read whatever gives you permission to release the Truth within YOU.

I believe in the teachings of Joel Goldsmith and the
Infinite Way. I believe that God is All and that In this all I live, move and have my
being. God is in me and I am In God..The All that is. I am seeking a deeper
realization of this. I believe I am here to know the truth and to be Myself. I believe in
Unconditional Love, Goodness, Truth and Beauty and I believe the need is to disassociate
from the dualistic beliefs of the world of appearance which cause us to believe we are
separate from God and in bondage to fear and limitations of all kind. I believe in
knowing, living and being the Truth to the extent that I am aware.

I've been searching for my life's purpose and
meaning for most of my life. I've read & reread most of Goldsmith's books. I felt they
were addressing the core of my spiritual nature and resonated with the direction I needed
to go but found it difficult to maintain without feedback. I feel knowing who I truly AM
will open the door to true living...

GOD is all there is. He is found within. The name
for God is "I AM". I AM is the way, the Truth and the Light.

I was raised a Christian (American Baptist), but
went astray during my teen years until the age of 38, when I returned to the church; this
time a charismatic, evangelistic, Pentecostal type.
I struggled for 10 years to identify with people in the church, and seeking the
charismatic experiences of the Spirit (speaking in tongues, etc.), some of which I did
experience.
Eventually my disillusionment with the church in general led me to permenently leave. I
started back to college, one that has a comprehensive religious studies department and
made that my major, with a minor in psychology.
During the past 2 1/2 years, I have studied in depth the writings of traditional
scholarship as well as those of contemporary theologians. I have studied other religions,
philosophies, etc., but only became more disillusioned; especially within the
interpretations of modern scholars on the issue of Jesus, specifically, the controversy of
his humanity and deity, and their interpretation of scripture--historical compared to the
orthodox faith viewpoint--which led me straight into the "valley of dry bones".
Consequently, I have gone through a period of having hardly any spiritual recognition and
identity, not even able to pray, discern God's presence, or think of Jesus in the old,
familiar, and comforting way.
A few months earlier, I had picked up Lorraine Sinkler's book, "The Alchemy of
Awareness", at the college library's book sale. But I simply shelved it at home, not
having time to read it with my studies.
However, I later had to withdraw from school due to illness (over now!), which gave me
some time to pursue my spiritual path. That is when I remembered the book, and right where
I had placed it. I soon found that I couldn't put it down! I have since been searching the
internet for more, which led me to your sight. I am certain that I was guided here by God
for a purpose, so many of my questions have been answered in both your and Sinkler's
writings. I know now that I am on the path that God has prepared for me.

I believe that my life has been dedicated to
achieving spiritaul freedom whereby I have attempted to live with the principle that
"I and the Father are One." That situations develop within our life to propel us
to greater spiritaul contemplation and understanding.
Having studied the writings of Joel S. Goldsmith, I sometimes realize that I can not live
between two worlds and I must place my realization of God ahead of everything else. Also,
I believe that my life is one of participation in the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth
through Spiritual pursuits and belief.

I primarily hold to a belief in the teachings of
Jesus, but have not belonged to a church of any kind in 20 years. I have
always been suspicious of the political and financial motives behind organized churches.

There is only one presence and one power in all of
existence. That presence and power is God. Everything that exist is a manifestation of
God. Everything in existence is connected to everything else. There is no true separation
from God, even though there does exist the "perception" that we are separate
from God. There is only "One" expression of God in all of existence and that one
expression is Love. Every vision, every sound, every feeling, every taste, every smell,
every thought, every expression, etc. is an expression of Love. And all of Humanity is an
unfolding expression of that unending Love.

I know that I an one with god part of the whole that
all of us are part of the the whole that there is only ONE that one is the I AM . I know
that there is a state of conscious were this is all that can be seen and felt. Were there
is only LOVE and compleat understanding that everything is just as is should be. A filling
of compleatness without out fear to fill whole as part of the I AM.

For the past seven years or so, since discovering
the writings and research of Robert Monroe, I have intensified a search for something.
Although I have read the words of many on the same path, the work of Joel Goldsmith has
spoken to me and moved me. What lead me to your site was a search on Joel Goldsmith and
Vernon Howard, to a comment made by "Terry," about reading these two authors.
They, too, are the ones I have stayed with, re-reading them from time to time. Then,
listening to Joel speak in the last closed San Francisco class on your site here, my
shoulders dropped their burden, even before he said the words.

I believe in One God, but am not sure what that is,
yet searching to understand, I too believe that God Is all and In all, he is life and
everything is life, so he is everything. What that means I haven't got a clue, yet I know
it is not what I find in church...so I continue to seek... I know we have the power to do
all things through him that lives within us....

Every belief I have ever had was based on someone
elses experience or belief system. I no longer wish to accept the beliefs of others. Even
as a small impressionable child I found it difficult to accept any form of organized
religion. But I do believe that there is something more that this human experience on
earth. There has to be a purpose for being. I cannot accept that we come here to work,
raise children, grow old and die.

I was made in the image of my Father; ergo I am a
Child of God. I believe in the teachings of Jesus, as a Wayshower, but not God Incarnate.
I believe in the inner kingdom and try to emphasis it in my search for more understanding.
I believe that through giving, I receive; I believe in eternal life. Lastly I believe I am
on the earth plane to fullfill a mission .

I am a second year seminary student preparing for
ministry in New Thought spirituality. I believe there are many paths to God; there have
been, and continue to be, many teachers, many masters who are here to demonstrate the face
of God to us.

I believe that there is One God, One Power, One
Source,One Universal Mind that is one with me and God is all there is. God is love and so
am I.

I believe that there is a God who manifests himself
in everyone and every thing. I believe religion is of man and for man but not the way to
totally realize God nor the best way to achieve a higher level of conciousness.

I am a Christian Scientist, and am class taughtI
believe I am the manifestation or expression of God as is everyone else. That their is one
of everything, that we are the expression of the one Mind or God. That there is one man
infinitely but individually expressed. That God and man, myself are one.

I was raised as a Christian Scientist and was class
taught in Christian Science as an adult. Class instruction in Christian Science did not
fill my hunger. I kept searching. As an adult I discovered Joel Goldsmith's The Infinite
Way. Joel Goldsmith's teachings most closely resemble my own beliefs. But human experience
coupled with listening, contemplative prayer teaches me every day. I cannot learn from
reading anymore. I can only learn from intuition, unfoldment and day-today experience.

I know that when we read and learn ostensibly about
God we are not learning GOD or experiencing GOD -- we are learning about a CONCEPT of God.
We need to know GOD -- not a concept of God. Reading and learning teaches us concepts.
Experiencing and allowing unfoldments to gently occur can reveal GOD.

I believe in the Allness of God, the unreality of
evil and the presence of Christ in all mankind. I don't always act as if I truly
understand the implications of this, and wish to do so. I have been studying Mary Baker
Eddy early Christian Science workers and more recently the works of Joel Goldsmith.

Although I was not raised within any religious
tradition, I have always sought spiritual understanding for as long as I can remember; and
I have done so in almost complete isolation through contemplation and reading (any and all
spiritual traditions imaginable).
My core "beliefs" you could say, are 1) the deep unity and spiritual value of
all living things, 2) that I live my life as mindful and conservative as I am able, while
maintaining an accepting, liberal view of others, 3) that love for others comes from deep
within myself and accessing and expressing that love brings me closer to God, 4) that God
is in "the present" and that I have to let go of wanting to control my life
before I realize that Father/Mother God is/are there, 5) that it is the accumulation of
small choices I make in life that either brings me closer to or further from God and the
experience I seek.
I am sure that there are other "beliefs" I hold that I'm not thinking of right
now, but I'd say these are the most salient in my life right now.

I've gone through all the books and courses I can on
spirituality - now it's time to let go of all preconceived beliefs and expectations and
find my own way. On some level know that I am perfect, whole and complete. I wait for the
next step in my awakening.

I believe that God is in everything I see and do. He
surrounds us and is with us at all times. Everything created is God. We are part of God.
We are unable in our present state of mind to really grasp all that is God due to our own
restrictive thinking. I think that many times we experience the true oneness of God
through trama or crisis situations, or in altered states of awareness. Not because we
can't experience oneness in a normal state of mind but because we process everything we
see, hear, think, feel and smell. It must all have a purpose and that purpose is what
we've been taught to know as the purpose. I believe that if we open up to truth that we
can achieve oneness with God. We are all searching but the truth and the gifts are already
within us. We are blind and cannot see but it's here within.

I was raised a Christian Scientist, however I never
really made the teaching my own. I have more recently been studying Joel Goldsmith. I
believe that man is made in his image, which is Spirit. I am still searching for a more
"active" contact with God.

I believe there is one God andthatGod is present in
all. We are able to understand God by turning within and listening to our inner
wisdom. We are the manifestation of God when we demonstrate love, joy, and peace.
Our true nature is love, joy and peace but we limit our experience by believing in
suffering and pain. We can do all things through Christ. There is nothing we
cannot do with God. We are never alone even when we believe we are. God never
leave or forsakes us. It is not through classes, books, or church going that we
actually attain knowledge of God, although they are places to start. Our
actual knowledge of God is realized when we turn to our source and spend time with the
source within. God is all there is.

I believe that there is God in all of us. Some
reflect that Godliness more than others. I believe that Jesus Christ's life was ransomed
so that we might have the opportunity to experience the life that Adam lost through his
disobedience. I don't believe that we die and go to heaven. I don't believe in the
trinity. I do believe that everything we need is already available to us. Unfortunately, I
haven't been able to tap into the lifesaving water that John speaks of in Revelation.

I believe God is in everybody and once we put aside
our predujices, judgements and resentments, then we can begin to discover God in ourselves
and others. We can begin to see that there is a bigger plan out there than our own
personal one and that things happen for a reason even if we don't know why.

I believe that God IS and that I AM; Oneness,
complete with Christ in God. I believe that God is perfect Love (Selfless Love) and
that as HE IS, I AM. I believe that HE is All and IN ALL, that without HIM, nothing
is. There is no need to toil and strive, simply to wait, listen, get up and start
walking and pick up what is abundantly given in every desire/need. My desire is His
desire.

I believe I am a spiritual being, possessing a soul
and I manifest in a body for the purposes of relating in this world. For the last
three-five years I have received this answers to all my prayers: "I in thee and
thou in me that we may be perfect in one." Thus, the concept of oneness with
God has been a recurring theme.

I think this body is like a car, your intellect is
like your driver and you, your'self' is the owner of this vehicle. The driver wants to
take you to all pleasurable things that is sense pleasures because he is not concerned
about your wellbeing, and this body is absolutely useless and dead without real you that
is soul. whatever good or bad you do through this body leaves an imprint on your soul and
you have to repay it, if not in this life time may in next life form.

I believe humans are conditioned to acknowledge and
respond to a realm limited by his very bodily form.I am convinced knowledge and truth are
available to humankind if we can change our state of consciousness. i believe that this
divine knowledge is given or placed within our being as opposed to being learned. I
believe in the existence of a very real and active spiritual realm surrounding all things
at all times, busy with activity. I believe God is pure Truth and pure Love - a
creative force of awesome light and power. I believe it is the responsibility of
each person to progress towards God-consciousness and their purpose in this life. I
believe mankind, as a whole, is in somewhat of a spiritual coma........that we must awaken
to the spiritual realm and experience the true reality.

I resist 'beliefs', since belief is in the absense
of knowing. So... what do I know? That I am an integral part of that which 'is'. However,
sometimes I seem to become forgetful and am sidetracked... it is then that I find myself
'lost'. But I usually maintain enough presence of mind to be able to ride these times,
since deep within is the understanding that all is well, that what is, 'is' - it can be no
other way. So acceptance becomes a crucial part of the natural process of 'is-ness".

I no longer am of my beliefs. I understand
that my true presence is not
of my mind or body, but from very deep within witch reaches to eternity (profound nature).
At these points in time I simply observe my minds behavior and practice anchoring myself
to the only thing that is REAL. Some call it the NOW, I AM, PRESENCE, I like to call
it.....................

I don't really have a structered belief system but I
no longer believe in "organized religion" although I don't judge others if they
like it. I was more into a "new age" type belief the last few years.
Now I'm not really sure but am most inspired by real life type instances of faith,
positive thinking and healings as opposed to just theoretical type-God says bla, bla, bla
and that means bla, bla, bla.

I have questioned the fundamentalist view of God.
I began going to Unity which seems to align most with my own beliefs. I
believe God is all loving and I do not fear him that he would hurt me if I disobeyed a
"law". I believe he gently and lovingly teaches us and that the
Higher Power does in fact work to our highest good.

After pursuing both eastern and western religions
and philosophies, I have found that what all hold in common is the truth, although it may
be shrouded by individual differences in dogma and practice. The central core of Truth is
that we are all manifestations of one Being, the Divine Principle. We are spiritual beings
having a human experience.

All that exists is part of one existance. The unseen
power that is life flows through everything in existance. The life I am currently in is
part of a 'purpose', or 'intention', that comes back to benefit everything in existance,
as is everyone elses'. My sole is on a journey to realise that which will ultimately
benefit our one existance, as is everyone elses'. Everything in existance, being part of
one existance, has equal 'purpose', be it the earth, the universe, plant, animal, human...
ultimately, we are all as one. I think "hell" is something created by human
consciousness and can surely only be experienced in human form? "Heaven" is the
unseen 'power' always available, of which our soles are never disconnected from. I don't
think there is a 'right' or 'wrong'in anyone's concept of understanding... we are all
reflections of the same existance and being...

I have an intuitive belief that a greater truth can
be reached by turning inside my own being.this truth is able to provide an eternal life
and love that cannot be felt with our 5 senses. Unfortunately, most people do not usually
choose to make this journey into the invisible world of spirit because it requires a
tremendousletting go of everything that they value. This is hard for me too, but
nevertheless, i am on my way.

I am. Really what else can I say. I believe in God
as much to my ability. Have all my life but I do not believe in religion except to serve
as a vehicle for those who require it. I am spirit experiencing a human experience as
often as I possibly can.

I believe that God is creator, alpha
and omega....all powerful, everywhere, all science. I believe that I and all are God's
creation....God's children. I believe that we are expressions of all that God is; love,
truth, principal, spirit, soul, mind, life. I believe that God is all
harmonious....therefore there are no mistakes and that we are all in our right place at
the right time. I believe that there is no death......all is life.....we live in God's
kingdom now and forever.
Its been quite a journey, steeped in old belief,
thought, religion. I was so bound and seeking deliverance in my mind. I left religion and
started searching. I knew down deep there was more. Spirit led me to things to read, which
confirmed what I knew in my heart was Truth.
I've come to see there is only One, who is All andin ALL. Seeking to overcome thought and
go within into Silence. Giving up the search, because thats effect. When anything in
effect happens I rest in Omnipresence, living in the NOW. I have to say Joel Goldsmith's
teachings have been a foundation, which I found six yrs ago. I'm trying to be still and
behold what "really" taking place and not resist the transformation of Life.
Please excuse my examples, I'm not good at writing, I seem to ramble, I believe there is
only ONE God, an desire to live the Christ Mind.

Jesus was demostrating who we actualy are not the
limited being we preceive ourselves to be. All his words and actions are based on a
higher perspective of a spiritual understanding of our true relationship to God I
and my Father are ONE also.

I believe in the one and only God. The God of Peace,
of Love and of Liberty. The Spirit of Life that is always here surrounding me,
incompassing me, within me. Always giving me my hearts desires even when my hearts desires
are not the best thing for me. I know there is a frame of mind, a viewpoint?, a way, that
when realized sets me free because I've experienced this in fragments but always seem to
let the world get in the way of the truth that has set me free. One time I was meditating
on the wonders of the Lord and I wrote down this because at the time it hit me hard, as
the truth. You can either live in the Spirit or in the Flesh(world). At the time it seemed
one of the most easiest things to do. It was like a change of thought, a different way to
look at who I am, from Being in bondage to the world or realizing bondage did not exist
and I was already free. To me the 'Spirit' is when I realize that I am fully, totally
takin' care of. No worrys, no problems to big.

I know of a certain that the life is set before me. I mean the life that Jesus talked of.
The kingdom of God is within. Its just realizing it, and accepting it, then living life
joyfully happy and in peace. Sometimes I think its like a perfect Imagination of truth.
hmmmm...(pondering)
Im gonna end this with that. All I have to say is I have experienced freedom. It was easy
but now I find getting to a perfect oneness with god seems harder. I could go on and on
telling you my life story but i wont. I do have to say that when I read your intro.
I was awed. Knowing that it is easy. Maybe ive read to much. Sometimes I take in to many
different viewpoints not sticking with the ONE view.

I believe in a universal oneness.Quite simply the
truth has been hidden the modern man in all sorts of esoteric writings. It is my duty my
job if you will to BE the truth,to BE the best me I can be,contingent on nothing but the
truth-that I am That I am.

We are eternal spirits somehow locked into these
bodies where we suffer as a result of lust and ignorance. All things including us
are part of God, but He is more than the sum of His parts. Our purpose in life is to
end this suffering both in ourselves and to help others in any way we can. We are
meant to live without death and suffering in perfect happiness (bliss) and
knowledge.

Have spent past 50yrs (since my "born
again" experience) wondering why my experience of life wasn't more abundant and why
all the other promises of Scripture weren't visible in the lives of fellow Christians.I'm
tired of being told that my interpretation of scripture is inaccurate, and that if my life
in Christ is diappointing, it's due to my inadequacy etc. I believe the Father
revealed the Truth to me approx. 2yrs. ago and my fear of ridicule and being accused of
apostasy has kept me in hiding. Today I have made a promise to the real Me, that I will
now longer deny my identity and sonship. I want to know who I AM and all the specifics of
that declaration. Also want to be joined in fellowship with other Sons of God to whom God
has revealed the Truth.

I believe that Christ consciousness is possible for
anyone through prayer and meditation. I believe that Jesus of Nazareth attained this
highest connection and devoted his life in attempting to educate his followers in
achieving enlightenment. I believe that Christendom has very often engaged in fancy
footwork to "prove" the divinity of Jesus without differentiating between the
mortal man and the spirit that informed his miracles. I believe his teachings are the way.

Within is a simple joy...the joy of living,
breathing, seeing wonder all around...To see that at times i feel apart from all and other
times, there is a knowing that all are expressions of Oneness...
My path is tenuous, falling back to beliefs in lack, guilt, fear and doubt...And the next
moment releasing all judgment of what i see before me, simply seeing, or being and
en-joy-ing....It is for me a connection to God, to the Source of all there is...this
connection so fragile at times yet just there inside...Oh i rationalize, and i listen to
theories and such, but it is the small voice within that is my guide, is my source...

Have been on the pathway with the Infinite Way for
four years - have also done intense buddhist studies. I originally started ten years
ago being introduced to usual metaphysics and was introduced to the infinite way through
the gift of the book "Practicing the Presence". I have attained a small measure
of realization of the presence - according to Joel I would still be in the first degree.

After being separated from the "church
order" several months ago, it is my belief that God dwells within me, not be be found
outside of myself. I also believe that I am one with the Father and have never been
separate from Him. I know now it was only in my wrong thinking that I was ever
separated from Him.
