It WAS a secret, but no more! I've said many times that the world is evolving spiritually. Now, it's about to explode (metaphorically). I think most who read this newsletter know the Truth has been hidden from mainstream society for centuries. Only the educated few in times gone by recognized the principle of life and selfishly chose to keep the knowledge for themselves. This included government and religious leaders who desired power and control. Others, like philosophers and mystics, tried to give it back to the world through books, music, and art; and this form of enlightenment has been recently embraced. In Biblical times, it was the priests and rabbis who knew if they kept the Truth of Abraham hidden, people would have to come to them for advice and guidance and they could dole it out to their discretion. The arc of the covenant, as it's been called, has been buried. Roman times had religious leaders pushing the Truth under the doormat (not literally) in fear of losing respect and control of their citizens. Following the crucifixion of Jesus, high church leaders, who if they did understand the Truth of being, obscured it from their congregations so people would feel the need to come back. This church 'leadership' has perpetuated over generations, the blind leading the blind, as Jesus warned against. I've had the privilege of seeing 'THE SECRET', a fantastic DVD production from Australia. Finally, a key has been released to the world in a way never before explained. The secret (Truth) is within each of us and can be accessed through consciousness and realization. Joel Goldsmith stated thought has no power, yet one has to understand the whole picture of spiritual substance and omnipotence in order to relate how thought is part of the human picture. I've never before endorsed a product, but THE SECRET is an exception. Bob Proctor says 43 years ago he was given a book. I guess that's what happened to me. Joel's books opened my eyes. And then, I was able to put them away. We've all heard famous sayings:
We draw unto us that which is in our consciousness. The belief we are separated from God, when taken into consciousness as Truth, manifests as Truth in one's life. And, visa versa. When watching this production, I substituted the word 'secret' with the word 'truth' (or fact) and I substituted the word 'universe' with the word 'God'. No matter what name or label, it's the same thing - one power, one law, one life, one spirit, one energy, one love, one kind. The abundance within and without us is magnificent since God IS abundance. Just look around; then look inside and realize this Truth. However, Truth, or 'The Secret', is not a magic wand. It's not always easy to realize the Truth if one has been programmed in the opposite direction. Some have questioned, "HOW do I manifest the abundance of God?" We must reverse the programming obtained from society. Manifestation comes about through awareness. I contend it happens in the blink of an eye; and often when we least expect it. I experienced a feeling of abundance while watching THE SECRET when I happened to catch a glimpse of Niagara Falls in New York (USA). The abundance of water overwhelmed me. And, the abundance of power and energy of the falls excited me so much I now want to go there and feel the experience first-hand. Subsequently, I felt the abundance of plant life on earth, followed by an abundance of fish in the ocean and then a picture of dollar bills in millions of banks around the world. Realizing I was in the middle of it all, I naturally realized I was part of the picture and could never be without. You have seen me write before that God appears (to me) as a phone call, a package at my door, a letter in my mailbox, an e-mail - as whatever it is I needed at that moment. In the REALIZATION of the action being GOD, enlightenment comes, as does more activity. I hope you get the opportunity to own a copy of 'THE SECRET' and share it with your family and friends.
