| INTERPRETATIONS, by Gail Gupton |
| Truth is never experienced until
one makes it his own. As with every inspirational writing, from the Holy Bible to English
literature to New Age teachings, until one interprets what he or she reads and claims it,
what is written will never be more than pretty sounding words. I don't know if it's done today or not, but many, many years ago, when I was in school, teachers had us outline chapters in our history books. Years later I realized it wasn't just to keep me busy doing a homework assignment, but rather to see if I had the ability to understand and then interpret into a short sentence what a paragraph was about. The learning process of the reasoning mind is as individual as one's fingerprints. After a recent meditation from my husband, Bob, I decided to share with you interpretations of such. It is with this exercise that one develops his own realization, or Truth. Bob's words: "I find that spiritual understanding broadens ones ability to perceive things on a much deeper level in every aspect of life...both human and spirit. God, being Intelligence itself, gives that understanding to those who have the ability to use it to maintain the change and evolution of man's spiritual development. There are too many people in the world looking for answers the churches and some religions don't give. I have experienced such a hunger from so many, and indifference from others who oppose any kind of change. I just don't feel right with the concept that everything is perfect without change. Change is what life is about. Today's perfection developed from yesterday's perfection, which changed to an imperfect state needing the "newness" of the perfection of change." My interpretation: In reading this I see
that those who have an understanding of the nature of God are given a purpose to
perpetuate that new deeper and higher understanding to others who are seeking such.
Enlightened people cannot help but express their wisdom through books, song, creative
productions, and/or courses to bring "newness" into other lives and new changes
to society - constantly creating a more perfect place. Many inspired people
through time, including Jesus, and before and after Jesus, have created changes in the
spiritual evolution of man. At each phase in history, we thought it was perfect - and it
was for that time. My interpretation: I see that change is what
Life is all about. And, as Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever, so too, is
the newness that Christ advocated. Perfection is always changing and change is
always perfect. Now is perfect. And Now is all there is. My interpretation: I see that people react
instead of reason. There is much more to life than what appears on the surface. The
understanding of human emotions comes from a deeper spiritual understanding, or
intelligence, which is derived from the spiritual source of God. With
enlightenment comes the understanding for the reason of emotion, not just the cause. My interpretation: I see here that
creativity, with its inventions and experiments and activities, only evolve through the
understanding of principle. Like the principle of an ocean is in its constant flow of
water, so too, the principle of supply is the constant flow of money. The intelligence of
the universe and of all its activities is God. The Intelligence of God, which is
ours, which is us, sees what needs to be changed and brings it about through intelligent
processes. My interpretation: I see that change occurs only from an activity of its principle. Those who create change understand the principle. Those who don't understand simply do nothing but observe. The intelligent and creative people who produce magnificent stories, plays, and art forms do so because they can, not for the majority of people who simply want to enjoy the fruits of another's intelligence. Bob's words: "I have watched life from the inside of my brain
and slowly evolved into observing life from the outside free of emotions and the
protective mental armor that maintains the bodily shell we call our home. My brain is a
mass of electrified matter while my mind (the One Divine Mind) is like a clear crystal
that I can see right through from one side to the other. Nothing that my brain observes
stays in this crystal, clouding its invisibility; much like nothing one sees stays in
their eye. Everything my senses recognize just flows right through this crystal
intelligence which is the core of my being. Sensory perceptions blow like the wind through
this nucleus of my being. Unaffected by the action of change, I am free to behold the
essence of life as God's breath creating life eternally. Unencumbered by the physical, the
spiritual source of life becomes my being. My human body and mind becomes my child to
nurture, love, and guide with brilliant instruction." Bob has written the interpretations of his inspirational art, giving one the opportunity to read what inspired it. Click here to see it now. All is well. |
